EverTrue is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services in skilled nursing and memory care areas. You will assist residents with food choices, help with meal preparation, and ensure foods are served safely and on time.

Qualificações

• One year of dietary aide experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.
• Must have or be willing to receive a recognized food safety handling certification.
• Must have or be willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine.

Responsabilidades

• Assists residents with making appropriate food and beverage choices.
• Performs dining service routines using utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Assists with dining service set-up and serving foods at proper temperatures and on time.
• Prepares dining rooms for meals and maintains clean dining areas.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or incidents to supervisor.
• Maintains HACCP logs and records usage and waste as required.
• Follows infection control procedures and proper handling of waste and cleaning agents.
