EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to support dining operations, food prep, and service for residents. You will help set up dining rooms, prepare beverages and meals, and ensure proper food temperatures and timely service.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to HACCP policies, with routine cleaning duties and inventory tasks. Vaccination requirements may apply based on location and policy.

Formación

• Previous dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis A may be required depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at catered events, including preparing beverages, salads, desserts, and other food items as instructed and per recipes.
• Ensures foods are served at proper temperatures and on time.
• Assists with dining room set up, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Cleans dining service areas, buses tables, sweeps, mops, vacuums, washes dishes, removes trash, and stores items correctly.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards, defective equipment, and incidents.
• Maintains HACCP logs and records product usage and waste.
• Follows infection control procedures and uses protective clothing when handling waste and cleaning agents.
