Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to support dining operations for residents. You will set up dining rooms, prepare beverages and food items, and help maintain clean, sanitary dining spaces in accordance with recipes and HACCP procedures.

You will log temperatures, assist with inventory, follow safety policies, and collaborate with staff to ensure timely service. The role requires reliable, patient teamwork and adherence to infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Prior dining service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Must be patient with staff, residents, and family; Hepatitis A vaccine may be required in some counties.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with dining service set-up, beverages, salads, desserts, and timely serving.
• Help with dining room set up, tables, buffets, and resident service.
• Help clean dining areas, bussing, cleaning, washing dishes, and stocking.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards and incidents to supervisor.
• Maintain HACCP logs and document product usage and waste.
• Follow infection control procedures and proper PPE when handling waste and cleaners.
