EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform dining operations, maintain sanitary, organized dining areas, and assist with food preparation as needed. You will follow recipes, ensure proper serving temperatures, and support events.

Formación

• Prior dining service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, and resident preference cards.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.

Responsabilidades

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at catered events, including beverages, salads, desserts, and other food items per recipes and proper temperatures.
• Assists with dining room set up including setting tables, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Assists with clean-up to maintain dining service areas per policies and standards (bussing, cleaning, stocking).
• Assists in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards, defective equipment, and incidents to supervisor.
• Maintains HACCP logs and records food usage and waste.
