EverTrue in the United States is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a variety of dining service functions, maintain clean and sanitary dining areas, and assist with food preparation as needed.

You will set up dining rooms, serve residents, assist with cleaning, and maintain safety and HACCP records. Prior dining experience preferred; vaccination requirement may apply depending on county health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.
• Must have or be willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working within St. Louis County.

Responsabilités

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and for catered events, prepares beverages, salads, desserts, and other foods per recipes.
• Assists with dining room set up including setting tables, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Assists with cleaning duties to maintain dining service areas per policies and standards.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards, defective equipment, or incidents.
• Maintains HACCP logs, records product usage and waste, and documents information as needed.
• Follows infection control procedures and uses protective gear when handling waste and cleaning agents.
