Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a friendly Server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests at our Murfreesboro, TN location. You will assist with menu selections, beverage service, and dining room setup and cleanup, while maintaining safe food handling and confidentiality policies.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist residents with menu selections and beverages.
• Clean up and reset dining room after meals.
• Report any equipment or tableware issues to supervisor.
• Assist with tray service and food preparation basics as needed.
