Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dining room server in Mount Juliet, TN to courteously serve meals, assist residents with menu selections, and maintain a clean dining area. The role requires mobility, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with table setting and cleaning.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide beverage service.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas.
• Report any broken equipment or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
