Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking dining services staff to provide courteous meal service to residents and guests in a senior living setting. The role includes assisting with orders, beverage service, tray delivery, and dining room cleanup.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following confidentiality, and engaging respectfully with residents and team members. Requires the ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible shifts including evenings,

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.

Responsibilities

• The Server serves resident and guest meals courteously and assists with dining room cleanup.
• Assists residents when placing orders and provides beverage service.
• Performs tray service and supports kitchen/dining operations.
• Maintains cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming dining rooms and kitchen areas.
• Follows confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Interacts politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors.
• Attends required in-services and staff meetings.
