Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Dietary Aide to assist in preparing and serving meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help ensure meals meet dietary needs and support a positive dining experience for residents.

Join us to contribute to compassionate care, teamwork with staff, and adherence to food safety standards. No prior experience required, but ServSafe or Food Handler certification is preferred where required by state law.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on state law.

Mansioni

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
