Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will contribute to nourishing residents and supporting a positive dining experience in a team-driven environment.

This role emphasizes food safety, sanitation, and compassionate service, with on-the-job training and opportunities for career development within HCSG's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; not required.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Must follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
