Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. This role requires assisting with food prep, serving meals, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas while adhering to food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift/carry 30 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents and staff.
