Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support our Nutritional Services team. You will help prepare nutritious meals and provide a positive dining experience for patients receiving behavioral health services.

This role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced hospital setting. Prior food service or healthcare experience is preferred, but not required, and knowledge of food safety helps ensure high-quality meals for patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food service, dietary, healthcare, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout the shift.
