Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support our Nutritional Services team. You will help provide nutritious meals and a positive dining experience for patients receiving behavioral health services.

The role supports a new hospital opening with patient-focused meal service and teamwork across departments. A high school diploma and food-safety awareness are preferred, with opportunities for development within UHS family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service, dietary, healthcare, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout the shift.
