Job summary

Bridgeway in Newton, NJ is seeking a Van Driver to support the Sussex Partial Care program. This per diem role offers Monday–Friday shifts (7:30am-9:30am and 2:45pm-4:45pm) with transportation duties for service recipients.

You will plan routes, coordinate referrals, and document time and mileage while upholding safety and professionalism. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and experience driving large passenger vans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of maps and GPS platforms to plan routes.
• Experience driving large passenger vans.
• Ability to relate well to people of all ages, races and disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize transportation for Partial Care program participants.
• Notify service recipients about transportation availability and coordinate referrals.
• Set up weekly transport lists and plan pickup/drop-off routes.
• Provide transportation to Bridgeway Partial Care and ensure vehicle safety.
• Maintain time and mileage records and transport logs.
• Attend monthly supervision and team meetings as assigned.
