Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Classroom Aide 3 to provide one-to-one support for individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in a day program setting. You will assist with daily living activities and document progress under a Day Services Plan, while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (40 hours/week). Must have a high school diploma or GED and six months experience in relevant settings. CPR/FA and related certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or related setting.
• Ability to follow Day Services Plan objectives and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with individuals to support daily living activities.
• Collect data on goals for each individual.
• Document medical data or target behaviors daily.
• Participate in all programmatic duties (arrivals, breaks, lunches, departures).
• Assist with maintenance of the program and follow the cleaning schedule.
• Protect confidentiality of individuals’ information.
• Complete administrative duties as assigned.
• Attend required meetings.
• Maintain certifications including FA/CPR and PABC.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
