Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook in healthcare or similar setting.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs.
• Understanding of food safety principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, dietary requirements, and portion standards.
• Ensure meals are nutritious, appetizing, and meet dietary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas.
• Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
