Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a compassionate Cook to prepare meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for residents. You will handle and store ingredients, restock kitchen supplies, and follow established recipes, ensuring food is prepared safely and in line with dietary requirements.

You will work with the Dietary Director to cover shifts in a fast-paced environment, help with daily operations, and support other staff.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies properly.
• Order, restock, and maintain inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Follow establishment recipes when preparing meals.
• Prepare ingredients in accordance with menu requirements.
• Adhere to food health and safety procedures.
• Cook, clean, and assist other staff in daily operations.
• Deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
• Work shifts as assigned by the Dietary Director.
