Job summary

Vista Park Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated kitchen staff member for full-time food service. You will prepare meals per dietitian plans, operate kitchen equipment, and ensure timely meal service in a caring, non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow menus and recipes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to menus created by dieticians.
• Operate kitchen equipment (mixer, slicer, oven, steamer).
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, equipment and floors.
• Assist with tray service and diet orders.
• Monitor temperatures and stock as needed.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
