• Maintain food quality in taste, presentation and dietary requirements.
• Follow sanitary measures and proper storage of food items.
• Work at an efficient and consistent pace and ensure timely meal prep.
• Ensure residents receive meals that meet their dietary requirements.
• Assist training of new employees.
• Report incidents and follow safety regulations.
• Adhere to emergency drills and life safety procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
