Reliant Care Management Company seeks a dedicated Cook to prepare meals for residents, following established recipes and menu requirements, while maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen practices.

You will stock ingredients, assist other staff, deliver meals in a fast-paced environment, and work shifts as directed by the Dietary Director. This role includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies properly
• Order, restock, and maintain inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Follow establishment recipes when preparing meals
• Prepare ingredients in accordance with menu requirements
• Adhere to food health and safety procedures
• Cook, clean, and assist other staff in daily operations
• Deliver food in a fast-paced environment
• Work shifts as assigned by the Dietary Director
