The role includes inventory support and positive interactions with residents and staff. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior cooking experience; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
