Job summary

PACS is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care per each resident's care plan. You will identify residents, record observations, and maintain PHI confidentiality, while supporting transfers and daily activities with compassion.

The role requires a state-licensed CNA with at least a 10th grade education and strong patient-care skills. Opportunities include shift-based hours within a care facility environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret care plans and documents.
• Strong patient-care skills with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband or photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and PHI.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and daily activities as directed.
