Zusammenfassung

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with assessment and care plans, under supervision. The role involves identifying residents, recording data, and reporting changes promptly to nursing leadership.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, maintaining resident comfort, and ensuring safety and privacy. CPR is preferred, and a minimum 10th grade education with CNA licensure is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). CPR preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to resident plans.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands/photo IDs.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets and charts as required.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
