Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Lawrenceburg, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and services aligned with each resident's plan of care. CNAs offer companionship and support to residents and work closely with the care team.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, report changes, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment while contributing to a compassionate, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
