Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work alongside caregivers, providing daily nursing care based on each resident’s plan. You will offer companionship and support to residents, adhering to plans of care and individual needs.

Responsibilities include aiding with daily activities, reporting changes, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment while fostering compassionate, respectful resident interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
