Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Indiana to provide daily nursing care and services per residents’ plans. CNAs offer companionship, compassion, and support, while maintaining safety and comfort across the care team.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing changes, and coordinating with teammates to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
