Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Jasper, IN team. CNAs provide daily nursing care based on each resident’s plan of care and needs, and offer companionship and encouragement to residents.

You will work alongside caregivers to support residents’ well-being, comfort, and safety, while following care plans and maintaining a respectful, caring environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning and transporting.
• Observe residents’ condition and report changes; make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Education
