Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide daily nursing care and services to residents according to each resident's plan of care. CNAs offer companionship, compassion and encouragement, supporting residents’ comfort and dignity on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing resident conditions, and collaborating with the caregiving team to maintain safety and a supportive environment in a long-term care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Active state CNA Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Education
