Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work alongside fellow caregivers to provide daily nursing care and services based on residents' plans of care. CNAs offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, monitoring residents, and ensuring safety. Requires CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and 0–1 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
