Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care and services to residents according to their plans of care. You will also offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.

You will observe resident conditions, report changes, and work with the team to maintain safety, comfort, and dignity in a supportive long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required to practice.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 0–1 year of CNA or caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, transport).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition; make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure resident comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
