Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work alongside our caregiving team to provide daily nursing care according to each resident’s plan of care. You will offer companionship and support while focusing on comfort and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing changes, and collaborating with the team to maintain a safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and wellbeing.
