Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to assist residents with daily living activities and participate in engaging programs. You will follow policies, document care, and report concerns to nursing staff while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Effective communication verbally and in writing.
• Organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and push or carry 25 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and concerns to appropriate staff and document appropriately.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Help residents move to dining and activities and monitor attendance and status.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate resident information appropriately.
