Qualifikationen

• Basic computer skills and ability to follow schedules.
• English proficiency to communicate with supervisors and residents and respond to emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents; provide skin care.
• Contribute to assessments and plans of care; provide restorative nursing services.
• Follow the schedule of residents’ needs as set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support and protect residents’ rights and confidentiality.
