Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height, weight, and input/output.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and grooming.
• Provide skin care and mobility support.
• Support care plan implementation and reporting changes.
• Promote resident rights, dignity, and independence.
• Communicate with supervisors about resident concerns.
• Follow schedule and assist with medications reminders as needed.
