Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks compassionate caregivers to support our residents under RN/LPN supervision. You will take vital signs, assist with daily activities, and help maintain residents’ dignity and comfort in a person-centered care setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring health changes, assisting with mobility and skin care, and supporting rehabilitation and activities of daily living while ensuring safety and respect for residents at all times.

Qualifications

• CNA licensure required per state regulations.
• 1+ years of clinical/nursing experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) as directed.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and participate in assessment/plan of care.
• Deliver nursing rehabilitation/restorative services as prescribed.
• Follow resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Protect resident rights and respect confidentiality.
