Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated nursing aide to provide compassionate care to residents under supervision. You will take vital signs, assist with daily activities, and help with transportation and routine tasks to support comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates bring 1+ years in clinical/nursing, a High School Diploma or GED, and basic computer skills for charting. Must uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality while teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent with 1–3 months related training/experience.
1+ years of clinical/nursing experience.
CNA licensure may be required per state regulations.
English proficiency to perform duties and respond in emergencies.
Basic computer skills relevant to charting and care planning.

Responsibilities

Take and record vital signs.
Measure and record height, weight, and intake/output.
Identify abnormal changes and report to supervisor.
Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
Transfer, position, and turn residents.
Provide skin care and participate in assessments and plans of care.
Deliver nursing rehabilitation/restorative services.
Follow resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
Provide emotional and social support to residents.
