Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Skilled Nursing unit (Day Shift). You will provide compassionate care, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and support residents under RN/LPN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height, weight, and intake/output.
• Recognize changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers and turning residents.
• Provide skin care and comfort.
• Contribute to assessments and care plans.
• Follow resident schedules and provide emotional support.
• Respect resident rights and dignity.
• Report resident issues to supervisor.
