Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escorting, and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to assessments and care plan.
• Follow the supervisor's schedule of resident needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Respect resident rights and independence, report abuse or neglect, and protect belongings.
