Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Hunter Hollow in West Valley City seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will support activities of daily living, assist with mobility and positioning, and help with meals and supplement delivery.

The role requires CPR/BLS, a valid CNA license or status in good standing, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A Food Handler Permit may be required. Prior SNF/ALF experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides certified nursing assistant services to residents per care plans and supervision.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Helps with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal trays, feeding, and documents intake.
• Assists with weight measurement and monitoring; reports changes to nurse.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues; supports toileting programs.
• Completes flow sheets and communicates resident status to staff and supervisors.
