Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group in Payson, UT is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join Maple Dell Health and Rehabilitation. You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable)
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living Facility: At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in a SNF or ALF is preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Answer residents' call lights to determine residents' needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed.
• Provide physical support to assist residents in daily living activities.
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure the resident receives an appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
