Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
Experience as CNA in SNF/ALF is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Provides CNA services to assigned patients per care plans and supervisor direction.
Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
Assists with lifting, repositioning, and mobility; transports as needed.
Coordinates dining service setup, delivery, feeding, and documentation.
Records meal intake and tracks weight changes and health indicators.
Reports changes in patient condition to nurse and supervisor.
