Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a senior living community in The Villages, FL 32162. The role focuses on compassionate care, assisting with daily activities, medication support, vital signs, and enriching residents' daily lives.

You will work with nurses and therapists to ensure safe, dignified, and personalized care, while maintaining hygiene and accurate documentation in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Completed state-approved CNA training and earned certification.
• BLS and First Aid certifications.
• Knowledge of senior care practices, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Administer medications per prescribed schedules and document records.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Plan and participate in daily activities and social events.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and infection control in the environment.
• Document care and observations; report concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and therapists to ensure continuity of care.
