Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing neighborhood in Gainesville, FL. Under supervision, you will deliver compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and help ensure resident safety and dignity.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current CNA certification, and CPR certification (or plan to obtain within three months).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current State CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification or plan to obtain within three months of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes to licensed staff.
• Prioritize resident safety, comfort and dignity at all times.

Education
