• Current CNA certification in MO and IL.
• Enrollment or eligibility for PA CNA registry within 120 days of completing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supportive and functional care with activities of daily living.
• Answer call lights and requests; report observations to nurse.
• Assist with personal care while promoting resident independence.
• Observe residents for changing needs and communicate to nurse.
• Participate in care/service plans to improve resident quality of life.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
