Lutheran Senior Services in Webster Groves, MO, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide daily resident care in a supportive environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, and collaborate with nursing staff to uphold person-centered care.

Current MO or IL CNA certification is required; PA enrollment or eligibility within 120 days is noted. Strong communication with residents and families, plus prior direct care experience, is preferred.

Qualificações

• Missouri current CNA certification required.
• Illinois CNA certification required.
• Pennsylvania enrollment or eligibility for enrollment within 120 days of completion of the training program on PA Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains residents’ comfort; provides ADL care and responds to call lights; reports observations to nurse.
• Assists with personal care needs and supports residents’ independence.
• Observes residents for changes and reports to nurse.
• Participates in care/service plans to improve residents’ lives.
• Assists with mealtimes and feeds residents as needed.
• Builds meaningful relationships with residents and families with compassion.
