Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group’s Landmark Assisted Living in Vernal, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. You will provide direct resident care according to care plans, support daily living activities, and collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure comfort and safety.

The role is non-exempt and hourly, with responsibilities across ADLs, meals service coordination, documentation, and compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• CNA in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• 1 year of SNF/ALF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to patients per care plans and policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning and transporting.
• Coordinates dining room services; documents meal intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and reports intake.
• Documents weight changes and reports to nurse/supervisor.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows infection control.
