Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a nurse aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with personalized care plans and supervision guidance. You will assist with meals, treatments, and daily activities, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely reporting of changes in a resident's condition, and maintaining a warm, supportive environment on the unit. Training will cover policies, procedures, and exposure to blood/body fluids.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband or photo card.
• Record and document entries clearly on flow sheets, notes or charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain resident comfort and privacy, and ensure room is ready for arrival.
