Job summary

SARASOTA is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, and document accurately.

You will promptly report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintain resident privacy, and follow facility policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in a descriptive manner.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report breaches.
