Job summary

Rockport Healthcare Services is seeking a CNA to provide routine nursing care under supervision in our Los Angeles facility. You will perform resident rounds, assist with meals and activities, and respond to nurse calls, ensuring comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in nursing assistant training or hold a CNA license, with a strong commitment to resident well‑being, empathy, and teamwork. Good health and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a school for nursing assistants or have a CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical experience in training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter.
• Assist residents with meals and feeding as needed.
• Keep residents clean and comfortable, report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Attend trainings and follow facility policies.
