Job summary

Ocean Ridge Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services as outlined in each resident’s care plan. You will assist with daily living activities, document observations, and communicate effectively with the nursing team.

The role requires a valid CNA license in the state, CPR is preferred, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential in a dynamic care setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristband/photo ID.
• Record all entries clearly and accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
